  • Coins are added to the browser used for the purchase. If you clear that browser's data, the coins are removed too.
  • Bought something by mistake? Contact us within 14 days.

A coin pack never includes

  • Cash, withdrawals or anything with a money value
  • Better odds, higher payouts or a lower house edge
  • Games or features that free players cannot access
  • Entry to a draw, raffle or sweepstakes
  • Coins that can be sold, traded or gifted

Why coin packs

Why do we sell coins?

Coin packs pay for hosting, artwork and game development. This lets us run the site without advertising and without sharing anyone's personal data.

That is also why there is a monthly limit. US$90 per month is more than enough for a free-to-play social casino game, and we do not want the site to depend on players spending more.

Bought coins and free coins are exactly the same. Neither can be cashed out, exchanged for prizes or sent to other players, and neither affects game results.
