Arcade Viking, operated by Arcade Viking ehf. company no. 20421-0160, is a social casino games website for entertainment only. There is no real money gambling and no prizes. Virtual coins used in the games cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money, goods or prizes, or transferred to other players.

2. Age requirement

3. Built-in safety features

• Break reminders. A reminder appears after 35 minutes of continuous play and again every 35 minutes after that.
• No autoplay. Every spin, deal and roll is started by the player.
• Free coins, always. With free daily coins and a free top-up when your balance is low, you never need to buy coins to keep playing.
• Spending limit. Purchases are limited to US$90 per calendar month.
• Published paytables. Every game shows its rules and full paytable, and all paytables are listed on the paytables page. Results come from a fair random number generator, with no fake near misses.
• No pressure. No countdown offers, no push notifications, no marketing emails and no daily streaks to lose.
• Balance reset. You can reset your balance to 15,000 coins from any game page at any time.

4. Spending and coin packs

• Decide how much you want to spend on entertainment each month before buying anything, and stick to it.
• Remember that coins are virtual. Having more coins only makes a number bigger.
• Keep your receipts and check your bank statements.
• Bought a coin pack by mistake or regret a purchase? You have 14 days to contact us — see section 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
• You can ask us to block purchases linked to your email or card. We do this within two working days, no reason needed.

5. Warning signs

It may be time to take a step back and talk to someone if you:

• often play for much longer than you planned;
• spend more on coin packs than you intended, or hide how much you spend;
• feel restless, irritable or low when you are not playing;
• play to escape a bad mood or a problem;
• start thinking about real money gambling because of your results in social games;
• neglect work, study, sleep, family or friends because of playing.

6. Taking a break or stopping

• Close the page. Your balance is saved — or reset it first if you prefer.
• Use the screen time or website blocking tools on your device to block arcadeviking.com for as long as you choose.
• Ask us to block purchases, as described above.
• Arcade Viking has no user accounts, so we cannot lock an account for you. We are happy to help you with the options above — just ask.
