Playing the games
Are the games on Arcade Viking free?
Yes. The 15,000 welcome coins, 6,000 free coins every day and the free top-up when your balance drops below 300 let you play all 8 social casino games for free, for as long as you like. Coin packs are optional.
Who can play?
Adults aged 18 and over. Every visitor confirms their age before playing. If social casino games are restricted by law where you live, please do not use this site.
Do I need to download an app or create an account?
No. The games run directly in your web browser and your coin balance is saved in the browser. No app, no registration, no password.
How are game results decided?
Every result is generated by the cryptographic random number generator built into your browser. Card games use a freshly shuffled virtual deck. Results do not depend on your balance, your purchases or how long you have been playing.
Why is there no autoplay or autospin?
We want every round to be started by the player. Without autoplay you stay in control of the pace and it is easier to take a break.
How do I change my bet?
Use the minus and plus buttons next to the game. Bets range from 25 to 6,000 coins. The bet is taken from your balance when the round starts, and any win is added when it ends.
What is the house edge?
It is different for each game and can be seen in each paytable. All paytables are listed on the paytables page. It has no financial effect because coins are not money, but we publish the figures so every game is transparent.
Which games are best with a small balance?
Video Poker and Blackjack 21 return the most over a long session. Keno 36 and Longship Race have the biggest swings. You can compare all 8 games on the paytables page.
Coins and purchases
What are coins?
Coins are the virtual currency used to play our social casino games. They have no real-world value. Coins cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, used in draws or sweepstakes, or transferred to other players.
Can I win real money or prizes?
No. Arcade Viking does not offer real money gambling and does not give out prizes of any kind. Success at social casino games does not mean future success at real money gambling.
What do I get in a coin pack?
Only virtual coins. Coin packs start at US$2.29 and add coins to the balance in the browser used for the purchase. A coin pack does not change the odds or paytables and does not unlock anything.
Is there a spending limit?
Yes. Purchases are limited to US$90 per calendar month, and only adults can make purchases.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are covered by section 7 of the Terms and Conditions and by consumer law in your country. If you bought a coin pack by mistake, contact us within 14 days and describe what happened.
I cleared my browser and lost my coins. Can you restore them?
Free coins cannot be restored because they were never stored on our servers. You will start again with 15,000 coins. For coins you bought, send us your order number and we will help.
Can I move my coins to a friend or another device?
No. Coins cannot be transferred between players, and there is no sync between devices because there are no accounts.
Privacy and responsible gaming
What personal data do you collect?
Very little. We only receive personal data when you contact us, plus standard server logs that every website keeps. Your coin balance, age confirmation and cookie choice stay in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How can I take a break or stop playing?
You can close the page at any time. A break reminder appears after 35 minutes of play. To stop completely, the Responsible Social Gaming page explains how to block the site on your device and how to ask us to block purchases.
How can I keep children away from the site?
Use parental controls on the device or browser, and protect payment methods with a password or fingerprint. If a minor has bought a coin pack, contact us and we will refund it.
Do you send marketing emails?
No. We only reply to messages people send us. We have no mailing list and send no promotional emails.
