2. Accepting these terms
By using the Website you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Social Gaming policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
3. Age and location
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher.
- Do not use the Website if social casino games are not allowed where you live. You are responsible for checking this.
- We may ask you to confirm your age and may refuse or end access if these conditions are not met.
4. Our social casino games
The Website offers 8 free social casino games — slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker, Hi-Lo, dice, keno and a race game — for entertainment only. All games are played with virtual coins, described in section 6. Each game shows its rules and paytable on the game page, and all paytables are listed on the paytables page.
5. No real money gambling
The Website does not offer real money gambling, and no money or prizes of any kind can be won. There are no deposits, no real money bets, no withdrawals and no cash-outs. No game result gives you any right to money, goods, services, vouchers, tokens or anything else of value.
The Website does not contain links to, advertising for, or sign-up offers for any real money gambling operator. Success at social casino games does not mean future success at real money gambling.
6. Virtual coins
- Bets in the games are placed with virtual coins ("coins"). You receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable licence to use coins on the Website. You do not own coins, and coins are not money, electronic money or a financial instrument.
- Coins have no real-world value. They cannot be cashed out, redeemed, sold, exchanged for money, goods, services, vouchers or prizes, used to enter draws, raffles or sweepstakes, or transferred to another person.
- Free coins are given in three ways: 15,000 welcome coins, 6,000 free coins daily, and a top-up to 2,500 coins when your balance is below 300. We may change these amounts with notice on the Website.
- Your coin balance is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not linked to an account and is lost if you clear site data, use a private window, or change browser or device. We cannot restore free coins because we never store them.
- A balance created by an error, a bug or manipulation may be corrected.
7. Buying coin packs
You can buy optional virtual coin packs on the Website. A coin pack is never required to play any game, and no part of the Website is limited to paying players.
- Who can buy. Anyone aged 18 or older who is authorised to use the card or payment account.
- What you get. The stated number of coins, added to the balance in the browser used for the purchase. Coin packs do not change odds, paytables or features, and coins have no value outside the Website.
- Prices and taxes. All prices are shown in US dollars before you confirm. Currency conversion is handled by your bank, and taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Spending limit. Purchases are limited to US$90 per calendar month.
- Payment. Payments are processed by a payment provider under its own terms. We do not receive or store full card details.
- Immediate delivery. Coin packs are digital content delivered immediately. Where you have a legal right of withdrawal, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the right ends once the coins are added.
- Refunds. Purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise, the coins were not delivered, or the purchase was made by a minor without permission. If you made a mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.
- Chargebacks. If a payment is reversed, the coins bought with it may be removed.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer law in your country.
8. Rules of use
When using the Website you agree:
- not to use bots, scripts or automation in the games, and not to modify balances, storage keys or game code;
- not to sell, trade, give away or advertise coins, or offer anything of value in exchange for them;
- not to use the Website to promote gambling operators, prize schemes or anything else to other users;
- not to interfere with the operation or security of the Website, or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- not to break any law that applies to you.
9. Game results and errors
Game results are generated by the random number generator in your browser, according to the rules and paytable shown with each game. If a malfunction, display error or bug produces an incorrect result or balance, that round is void and the balance may be corrected.
10. Intellectual property
The Website, the Arcade Viking name and logo, game names, artwork, text and code are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial play on the Website. The Website does not use the names, logos or branding of any real casino.
11. Availability and changes
We try to keep the Website available but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption. We may add, change or remove games, features, free coin amounts and coin pack contents. If a change materially affects coins you paid for, we will give notice on the Website in advance where reasonably possible.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Website is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost free coins, or for damage caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to the amount you paid us for coin packs in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, and your consumer rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Website at any time. We may restrict or end your access, including the ability to make purchases, if you break these terms, if we suspect fraud or underage use, or if the law requires it. Because coins have no cash value, no compensation is due for coins lost in this way, except for refunds already owed under section 7 or by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Arcade Viking ehf. company no. 20421-0160 is registered. As a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country and may bring a claim there. Please contact us first, as most issues can be resolved quickly by email.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes will be announced on the Website.
